Job summary

Novo is seeking a Procurement Analyst to own the day-to-day operations of our third-party risk management and procurement process. You’ll connect Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, and business teams to keep vendor requests moving across the Zip platform.

This hands-on role requires coordinating approvals, tracking renewals and contracts, and driving cost-savings opportunities while partnering with FP&A and Deal Sponsors to ensure accurate spend data and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, sourcing, or related operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume requests.
• Clear written and verbal communication; proactive stakeholder chasing to keep requests moving.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement operations end to end for the Zip platform and vendor requests.
• Monitor renewals, follow up with sponsors, and post renewal notices in Slack channels.
• Track vendor contracts, pricing and spend by department; flag cost savings.
• Review contracts, gather due-diligence docs, and route for review as needed.
• Coordinate approvals and contract execution, including DocuSign routing.
