Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory preferred.
• Experience processing or tracking purchase orders is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders for materials, supplies, and services.
• Track orders from placement through delivery and monitor schedules.
• Maintain purchasing records and update systems with current order information.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, delivery, and service; escalate issues as needed.
• Support procurement reporting and track spending and vendor performance.
