Responsibilities

• Review vendor purchase order acknowledgments and create/modify purchase orders to ensure pricing, quantities, lead times, and delivery schedules are accurate.
• Maintain vendor price books, supplier records, and purchasing documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse, and management to align purchasing with business needs.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory data and generate reports for management.
