Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business/public administration, supply chain, or related field.
• 4+ years of procurement, purchasing, finance, vendor management, or accounts payable experience in governmental or corporate setting.
• Proficient with ERP and vendor management systems; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes internal vendor setup and update requests, coordinating with Accounts Payable to validate vendor information and ensure payment readiness.
• Liaises between Procurement and AP to resolve vendor data discrepancies and document verification issues.
• Contacts vendors to confirm contract, registration, and payment details; provides portal support during registration or maintenance.
• Educates vendors on procurement policies and assists with documentation requirements to facilitate purchasing and payment.
• Tracks departmental assignments and workflow items to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepares correspondence, spreadsheets, and summary reports used by procurement staff and senior management.
