Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in accounts payable, procurement, vendor management and expense reimbursement.
• Experience reviewing vendor invoices and reimbursements independently and accurately.
• Experience in vendor account management and maintaining system records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for procurement, accounts payable, vendor contracts and travel processes.
• Manage accounts payable activities: invoices, payments, codes, controls and policies.
• Assist employees with purchasing needs and travel requests; review submissions for completeness.
