Amentum is seeking a Program Management Support Specialist with at least five years of procurement and travel administration experience to support USPACOM at Camp Smith, HI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Minimum 5 years in travel and/or procurement, including government contracting (FFP, CPAF, T&M).
• Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing, receiving, and inventory control for client needs.
• Coordinate travel for programs in compliance with JTR.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, JTR, FAR, and DSSR.
• Lead detailed financial reviews with program management.
• Create/maintain databases and reports; generate financial reports.
