Accendra Health is seeking a Director of Procurement Excellence & Transformation to drive procurement maturity, governance, and digital enablement across the enterprise. You will partner with the CPO and senior leaders to deliver multi-year roadmaps, capabilities, and value realization in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required.
• 10+ years of procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing procurement functions or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with procurement governance, spend analytics, and P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Procurement Excellence and Transformation roadmap.
• Lead design and execution of enterprise procurement transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and scale procurement processes.
• Partner with executives to secure alignment, investment, and sponsorship for transformational initiatives.
