Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Director, Procurement Excellence & Transformation to advance procurement governance, capabilities, and transformation across the enterprise. The role partners with the CPO and senior leaders to deliver strategic programs in a healthcare context, focusing on process optimization, digital enablement, and supplier risk management.

The position plans multi-year roadmaps, drives modernization of P2P processes, and ensures performance through analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• 5+ years leading procurement functions or centers of excellence.
• Experience leading procurement transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year procurement transformation roadmap.
• Lead governance, methodologies, and toolkits for procurement.
• Drive digital procurement, including eSourcing and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with executives to secure alignment and sponsorship for initiatives.
• Establish procurement policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
