Accendra Health is seeking a senior Director of Procurement Excellence & Transformation to lead procurement transformation, governance, and capability development across the enterprise. You will drive strategies with the CPO and senior leaders to deliver value, risk mitigation, and operational resilience within healthcare products and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
Master's degree (MBA, MS in Supply Chain, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline) preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement operations, category management, procurement transformation, or operational excellence.
5+ years of leadership experience managing procurement functions, centers of excellence, transformation initiatives, procurement operations, or enterprise process improvement teams.
Proven success leading procurement transformation, organizational effectiveness, digital procurement, operating model redesign, or enterprise procurement initiatives.
Strong expertise in category management, procurement governance, process improvement, supplier management, procurement analytics, change management, and procure-to-pay operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year Procurement Excellence and Transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
Lead design and execution of transformation initiatives including technology modernization, process redesign, and capability-building.
Standardize methodologies, governance, tools, and practices to improve procurement performance.
Partner with executives to secure alignment, investment, and sponsorship for transformational initiatives.
Establish change management strategies to drive adoption and sustained outcomes.
Monitor market trends and AI capabilities to evolve procurement maturity and capabilities.
Lead cross-functional programs to improve effectiveness, stakeholder experience, productivity, and compliance.
