Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Director of Procurement Excellence & Transformation to lead a multi-year roadmap for procurement optimization, governance, and digital enablement across the enterprise. You will partner with the CPO and senior leaders to drive transformational initiatives, improve supplier management, and enhance performance and compliance in a healthcare products and services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a field like Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Procurement Excellence and Transformation roadmap.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives including tech modernization and process redesign.
• Establish governance, standards, tools, and best practices for procurement maturity.
• Partner with senior leadership to secure alignment and sponsorship for transformational initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and AI capabilities to evolve procurement capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional programs to improve procurement effectiveness and compliance.
