10+ years in procurement, strategy, or transformation leadership.
Experience with procurement analytics, governance, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-year Procurement Excellence and Transformation roadmap.
Develop governance, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Drive digital procurement initiatives including P2P, CLM, and spend analytics.
Partner with stakeholders to secure alignment and sponsorship.
Establish change management to ensure adoption and value realization.
Monitor trends to evolve procurement capabilities and performance.
