Job summary

Woolpert seeks a Sr. Manager, Procurement to lead strategic procurement transformation within the Finance team. You will own category management, spend analytics, and supplier performance, shaping the future-state operating model, governance, and KPIs across the organization.

You will partner with Legal, IT, and business leaders to deliver measurable value, enhance spend visibility, and drive cost savings while elevating procurement governance and process maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive procurement experience.
• Experience managing first-level managers/supervisors.
• Experience delivering cost savings and supplier performance targets.
• Experience in category management and strategic sourcing pipelines.
• Knowledge of procurement governance and the procure-to-pay cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement managers across multiple spend areas.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost optimization.
• Shape future-state procurement operating model and KPIs.
• Develop category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps.
• Standardize procure-to-pay processes and policy applications.
• Own procurement KPIs and spend analytics capabilities.
• Develop procurement dashboards and ensure reporting relevance.
• Oversee supplier selection, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Manage supplier risk, performance, and contract management processes.
• Drive procurement technology rollouts and ERP integration.
