Job summary

Woolpert is hiring a Sr. Manager, Procurement to lead strategic procurement transformation and category management within our Finance team.

You will own spend analytics, dashboards, KPI governance, and supplier performance while partnering across Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, BI, and business leaders. The role focuses on designing the future-state operating model, improving procurement efficiency, and delivering measurable savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 12 years of progressive procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience.
• Experience managing first-level managers and budgets.
• Experience with category strategies, sourcing pipelines, spend analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and change-management ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy and operating model development.
• Own spend analytics, dashboards, and KPI governance.
• Direct supplier selection, performance reviews, and risk management.
