Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing globally.
• Experience managing and developing teams in a global environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, and leadership.
• Proven track record of improving procurement processes and efficiency.
• Advanced Excel, analytical, financial, and commercial skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS and related procurement modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of procurement processes, policies, and workflows.
• Standardize, automate, and digitize source-to-contract and procure-to-pay activities.
• Partner with Finance, AP, Legal, IT, and stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives and system implementations.
• Administer Concur and support travel policies for global travelers.
• Manage global corporate credit card program with Finance and Treasury.
• Serve as trusted procurement advisor to leaders and functions.
• Translate issues into clear recommendations and align priorities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining efficiency.
• Analyze spend data and develop KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor procurement team.
• Stay current on procurement tech and market trends.
