Advantage Technical is hiring a Procurement Manager in Bedford, MA for a hybrid, temp-to-hire role. You will redesign sourcing workflows, improve end-to-end processes, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, AP, and IT to optimize procurement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sourcing/purchasing, global supplier experience including staff abroad, and strong Oracle EBS and Excel skills. CPSM/CSCP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years progressive sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives and a global supplier portfolio, including staff abroad.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Redesign sourcing and purchasing workflows to cut cycle times and strengthen controls.
• Improve source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes with Finance, Legal, AP, and IT.
• Identify automation opportunities and lead systems initiatives.
• Manage the Purchasing Card program, Concur travel administration, and global credit card program.
• Support supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Build KPIs and spend analytics; partner cross-functionally as a strategic advisor.
