Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of public procurement, contracting, or related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review procurement laws and apply them to purchases of all commodities.
• Issue purchase orders and bids, evaluating quotes and terms to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and deliver training on commodities to various departments.
• Lead bid processes including RFQs and public works under Title 38.
