The Training Support Analyst will support the MFMP eProcurement system, focusing on training and change management as MFMP integrates with Florida PALM. Based in Tallahassee, this on-site role designs training materials, conducts technical research, and drives process improvements to boost system adoption and procurement efficiency.

The role requires facilitating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and may involve statewide travel across Florida.

Formación

• Four-year degree or four years of procurement/project management/change management/consulting or system support experience.
• Professional experience in training development and/or delivery.
• Knowledge of eProcurement systems (Ariba on Demand) and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to drive effective process re-engineering and influence at all enterprise levels.
• Knowledge of Florida procurement rules, laws, and strategic sourcing processes.
• Excellent presentation, team building, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades
