Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current FLAIR processes.
• Develop SOPs for Florida PALM workflows.
• Create training and communications content.
• Lead and document meetings and status updates.
• Track training project tasks and milestones.
• Assist with change management and user adoption.
• Deliver training sessions and maintain readiness plans.
