Job summary

NWS is seeking a Procurement Support Supervisor to guide the procurement team within the Operations group. You will oversee daily activities, drive performance, and ensure compliance with policies while aligning with leadership strategies.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize purchasing, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements. Strong leadership, analytics, and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, or inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Procurement Specialists.
• Oversee daily procurement operations and ensure timely purchasing.
• Monitor POs, supplier follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Establish and track procurement KPIs and drive process improvements.
