Job summary

Collabera seeks a Procurement Operations & Process Improvement Specialist to lead and execute procurement transformations onsite in Seattle. The contractor will drive process improvements, engage stakeholders, and establish a Center of Excellence within the Procurement organization.

Responsibilities include delivering measurable improvements, reducing spend leakage, and developing governance, training materials, and reporting to sustain performance gains.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement operations leadership and process-improvement experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes.
• Strong change management and communication skills.
• Experience with governance, SOPs, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations improvement initiatives and governance.
• Partner with Buyers, Accounts Payable, and stakeholders to improve compliance and performance.
• Develop training materials and Procurement 101 roadshows for business stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and reporting to track performance and effectiveness.
