Job summary

Mission Support and Test Services in North Las Vegas seeks a Procurement Business Systems Manager (Manager I) to lead strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Oracle Fusion functionality and broader supply chain data systems for the Procurement Organization.

You will direct a high-performing team delivering robust analytics, reporting, automated workflows, and system enhancements, collaborating with M&O partners, NNSA, and the wider enterprise to ensure systems support critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience with at least 11 years in related, progressively responsible roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement or related enterprise supply chain data systems.
• Proven track record leading complex systems projects, implementations, and process improvements.
• Strong communication bridging technical teams, end users, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional leadership for Oracle Fusion Purchasing System and related supply chain apps.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on purchasing systems and reporting frameworks to fix failures and data gaps.
• Architect and implement digital reporting, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate across divisions, MSTS, NNSA stakeholders, and manage budgets and resource forecasting.
