Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) seeks a Procurement Business Systems Manager to drive Oracle Fusion and related supply chain data systems. You will lead analytics, reporting, workflows, and system enhancements in a high-impact team environment.

Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The role is strictly on-site at the North Las Vegas facility with a 4/10 schedule and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive related experience.
• 11+ years of progressively responsible experience in procurement systems.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement or related systems.
• Strong communication bridging technical teams, end users, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional leadership for Oracle Fusion and related supply chain systems.
• Architect digital reporting, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with MSTS, NNSA, and enterprise partners to support mission requirements.
• Lead and mentor staff in a hybrid on-site environment.
