Biogen seeks a Head of Source-to-Pay Technology to lead the IT function responsible for strategy, delivery, support, and lifecycle management across Procurement and S2P platforms. Qualifications

• Extensive IT leadership with accountability for enterprise application delivery and roadmaps.
• Experience supporting Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Finance or similar functions.
• Hands-on leadership with major S2P platforms and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy, roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle for Procurement and S2P platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead portfolio including sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and invoicing.
• Drive investments, budgeting, and value realization aligned with enterprise goals.
• Govern demand, prioritization, and backlog across the procurement tech landscape.
• Lead cross-functional teams of product owners, architects, analysts, and SI partners.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, including integration, data migration, and release management.
• Ensure reliability, security, compliance (SOX) and operational readiness.
