The role involves configuring systems (P2P, sourcing, contract, supplier, catalog, spend analytics), managing data quality, and delivering actionable insights to category managers. A hybrid work setup in Towson or Valley City is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement operations, systems, or source‑to‑pay with hands‑on platform experience.
• Experience configuring or administering at least one major platform (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer).
• Knowledge of spend analytics, taxonomy, and reporting; Sievo experience is a plus.
• Strong planning and execution skills with ability to translate strategy into system config.
• Excellent communication to translate data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Owns lifecycle of procurement systems from requirements through go‑live stabilization.
• Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows, and reporting.
• Run operating rhythm for systems work with cross‑functional teams and vendors.
• Drive spend analytics roadmap and deliver actionable intelligence for category managers.
