Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. invites motivated students to join our procurement intern team in Ohio, focusing on systems, reporting, and data analysis. This role bridges IT and Procurement, assisting with system administration, troubleshooting, and documenting processes while contributing to ongoing projects.

You will help prepare reports and presentations, pull and review data, and support operational improvements through collaborative, data-driven insights with internal teams and third‑party vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or related major.
• Strong professional communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 0-2 years' relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational understanding of procurement operations, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Support procurement systems (Coupa, Concur) through data entry, basic administration, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Assist with department projects involving reporting, data analysis, and process documentation; prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and presentations.
• Pull and review reports, analyze data trends, and support communication with internal partners and third-party vendors as needed
