Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual tasks.
• Designing and updating reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Running and managing existing tools leveraged for department efficiencies.
• Troubleshooting discrepancies and working with the department to resolve issues.
• Assessing current projects for efficiency and helping determine the best tools to leverage, such as Asana.
• Supporting general project management work, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
• Using AI tools to support development, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Partnering with teams to identify manual or inefficient processes that could be automated.
