ANDRITZ Schuler North America is seeking a Business Intern to support our Purchasing and Supply Chain team in logistics, imports, and customs activities. This role offers real-world experience while you’re in school and exposure to international operations.

You will analyze data, review shipping docs, and help with Excel reports, while collaborating with purchasing to improve processes. This part-time internship can extend into the school year.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Bonus: interest in international logistics or data-heavy work.
• Bonus: experience with large spreadsheets and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Compare and analyze data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Review shipping and import/export documentation.
• Assist with customs and logistics-related activities.
• Compile, organize, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Support purchasing and supply chain projects as needed.
• Work closely with Purchasing to improve processes and data accuracy.
