Job summary

Wonder Group, INC is seeking a Sr. Associate, Procurement Systems to own the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of our procurement technology landscape.

You will translate business and compliance requirements into scalable system configurations and ensure proper controls are embedded in workflows. The role collaborates with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and Compliance to enable efficient, compliant purchasing and travel & expense processes across the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement operations or Procure-to-Pay.
• Experience with Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate business needs into scalable processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting system implementations or transformations is highly preferred.
• Exposure to T&E platforms (Navan) and procurement catalogs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day configuration of procurement and travel and expense platforms.
• Design and build new procurement workflows and configurations.
• Maintain scalable configuration architecture and standards for changes.
• Manage enhancements, testing, releases, and deployments.
• Partner with platform vendors on product enhancements and roadmap.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and process maps.
• Design controls enforcing policies, approvals, and spend thresholds.
• Configure routing to ensure transactions reach the right stakeholders.
• Identify control gaps and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, Security and Compliance.
• Establish change-control and governance for procurement configuration.
• Monitor effectiveness and drive improvements based on data.
