UPMC is seeking a full-time Customer Support Analyst to support Procurement Operations. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00a–4:30p, with a hybrid setup allowing three remote days per week.

The analyst will act as SPA for inquiries related to requisitioning, purchasing, and status of procured goods/services, under Supply Chain Management. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining tax certificates, developing procedures, and supporting process improvements across

• Provide support on procurement processes and PO status
• Maintain sales tax-exempt certificates as requested
• Develop and maintain procedure documents
• Support P.O. expediting and RMA/RGA processes
• Assist with training on procurement policies and systems
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to improve processes
• Identify trends in inquiries and opportunities for improvement
