Job summary

Mars is seeking a Specialist, Commercial Operations - Raws Accelerator in Chicago to support procurement, supplier operations, and inbound supply chain for raw materials and packaging. You will manage ERP data, contracts, and supplier performance while balancing cost, service, quality, and continuity.

Role involves cross-functional collaboration with sourcing, QA, and logistics teams; requires strong analytical skills and bilingual French/English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP data for vendors, materials, and item records.
• Create and manage contracts; identify procurement process improvements.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies through review of contracts and POs.
• Monitor metrics: inventory, supplier performance, forecasts.
• Manage portfolio of raw materials; resolve supply and logistics issues.
• Act as logistics contact with suppliers; coordinate material needs and QA/Sourcing.
