Job summary

Mars UK is seeking a Specialist, Commercial Operations - Raws Accelerator to support procurement, supplier operations, and inbound supply chain ensuring uninterrupted raw materials supply. The role maintains commercial data, supports sourcing, and resolves procurement challenges while balancing cost, service, quality and continuity.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience.
Experience in procurement, inbound logistics, supply chain operations.
Experience in direct or indirect procurement for raw materials and/or packaging.
Strong Excel skills; data visualization with Tableau/Power BI.
Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

Maintain ERP systems for accurate vendor data.
Create and manage contracts for Sourcing Managers.
Resolve invoice discrepancies with contracts and purchase orders.
Monitor commercial metrics: inventory, supplier performance, forecast accuracy.
Manage a portfolio of raw materials and related issues.
Serve as logistics contact with suppliers and QA/Sourcing teams.
