Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Specialist, Commercial Operations - Raws Accelerator to support procurement, supplier operations, and inbound logistics for raw materials and packaging. You will handle data across ERP, supplier contracts, and performance metrics to drive cost efficiency and continuity.

The role collaborates with sourcing managers, quality teams, and supply chain stakeholders to optimize supplier relationships and resolve procurement challenges while balancing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant business experience including internships, apprenticeships, or full‑time roles.
• Experience in procurement, inbound logistics, supply chain operations, supplier quality, or vendor management.
• Experience in procurement operations for raw materials and/or packaging materials preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data visualization tools Tableau/Power BI.
• Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP systems to keep commercial and supplier data accurate.
• Create and manage contracts for Sourcing Managers; improve procurement processes.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by reviewing contracts, POs, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor metrics: inventory, supplier performance, forecast accuracy.
• Manage a portfolio of raw materials; address supply and procurement issues.
• Serve as logistics contact; communicate material needs and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
