Job summary

Campus seeks a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, vendor mgmt, and logistics for student programs. You will own tech procurement (laptops, hotspots), manage 3PLs, and run the branded merch program, including the Campus Shopify store.

You will develop dashboards, define metrics, build data models, and publish insights for Finance, IT, and Student Experience. Strong negotiation, data skills, and cost discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management in tech/education/consumer goods.
• Bachelor's in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with cost modeling capabilities.
• Experience building dashboards end to end in BI tools (Hex/Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Working SQL skills and cross-system data queries.
• Experience forecasting demand and modeling costs for purchasing.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs, vendor cost savings, and SLA performance.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement and supply chain dashboards from data modeling to publishing.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance reviews with SLAs.
• Oversee 3PL relationships, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
• Lead e-commerce merchandising and product mix for Campus Shopify store.
• Create SOPs for purchasing and onboarding, automate recurring reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Student Experience to align budgets.
