Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education admin/leadership.
• 5+ years in school leadership, administration, or related operations.
• Experience with blended/online/virtual learning environments preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, AI tools, procurement platforms, and student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Compass procurement program with standards and controls.
• Plan and oversee all procurement activities including solicitations and contracts.
• Advise administrators on procurement strategy, compliance, and vendor management.
• Ensure vendors provide educational services aligned with CCS policies and state/federal guidelines.
• Manage vendor relationships and payment processes, questions, and contract terms.
• Oversee daily Community Providers operations, onboarding, and vendor vetting.
• Manage Scholar Instructional Funds and quarterly spending updates.
• Verify vendor insurance; ensure program compliance and reporting.
• Analyze program activities and implement procedures to improve performance.
