Job summary

Campus is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, vendor relations, and logistics for student programs. You will build dashboards, model costs, and drive data-informed decisions for cost efficiency and service levels.

You’ll oversee technology procurement, 3PL partners, and the Campus e-commerce store, shaping the product mix and inventory while delivering strong supplier performance. Remote-friendly, hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management in tech, education, or consumer goods.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets, data modeling, and KPI tracking required.

Responsibilities

• Own dashboards and metrics for cost per device, vendor SLAs, inventory and fulfillment.
• Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage 3PL partnerships.
• Lead e-commerce and merchandise initiatives including Shopify integration.
• Create SOPs, automate recurring reporting, and align procurement with budgets.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Student Experience to drive cost efficiency.
