Telcom Construction, LLC is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to lead purchasing operations, vendor relations, and supply chain logistics across telecom infrastructure. You will oversee procurement staff, optimize material costs, and manage SAP-based purchase orders while leveraging Google Workspace for collaboration.

The role emphasizes team leadership, data-driven processes, and cross-functional collaboration with field teams to ensure on-time delivery and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business administration preferred.
• 3–5 years of strategic sourcing or purchasing experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading procurement teams and supplier relationship management.
• Familiarity with telecom hardware or infrastructure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: supervise, train, and evaluate buyers and procurement staff.
• ERP & Data Management: oversee SAP-based procurement lifecycles and data accuracy.
• Process Development: design and implement SOPs to improve cycle times and efficiency.
• Collaboration & Documentation: use SAP and Google Workspace to track metrics and share supplier proposals.
• Vendor Management: manage pricing and lead times with key suppliers for telecom infrastructure components.
• Sourcing & Purchasing: oversee POs for network components and consumables, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Compliance & Inventory: ensure purchases comply with policy and budgets.
