FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Clearwater, MN is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to lead purchasing operations, vendor relations, and supply chain logistics. This role oversees procurement staff, optimizes material costs, and uses SAP to manage purchase orders.

You will design SOPs, develop dashboards in Google Workspace, and collaborate with leadership on supplier proposals and lead times. A Bachelor’s in SCM or Business and 3–5 years in sourcing with 1–2 years in leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is preferred.
• 3–5 years of strategic sourcing or purchasing experience with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with telecom hardware, fiber-optic networks, or infrastructure advised.
• Proficient SAP experience for procurement workflows; strong Google Workspace skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead buyers and procurement staff; supervise daily performance.
• Oversee SAP-based procurement lifecycles and data accuracy.
• Design SOPs to shorten procurement cycle times and improve efficiency.
• Create real-time dashboards and collaborate on supplier proposals.
• Maintain vendor relations, pricing, and lead times for telecom materials.
• Oversee purchase orders for network components and consumables.
• Ensure purchases comply with budgets and contractual standards.
