Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing and contracting experience with various services and goods.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid processes including Invitations for Bids and Requests for Proposals.
• Generate and manage purchase orders and procurement records for audits.
• Supervise purchasing staff and review procurement logs.
• Maintain vendor contracts and equipment/service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with risk management and insurance requirements.
