Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing leader to grow and support the Global Supply Chain Practice in the U.S. You’ll work across direct and indirect sourcing, vendor management, contract management and procurement planning to deliver measurable results.

You’ll partner with senior client executives to shape procurement strategies, drive cross‑functional projects, and apply ERP packages, agile delivery, and data analytics to enable client value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting firms.
• Experience with procurement strategy development and execution; project leadership a plus.
• Source to Contract experience.
• Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and cross-functional resources.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Delivery-focused with high service standards; experience with procurement packages, ERP, agile, data analytics, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and support the Sourcing & Procurement Capability Area within the Global Supply Chain Practice.
• Deliver projects for the supply chain organizations of globally located clients across industries.
• Work with senior client executives to shape procurement strategies and deliver initiatives.
