Job summary

This role grows and supports the Sourcing & Procurement capability within the Global Supply Chain Practice, working with procurement strategies and vendor management for clients worldwide.

You will partner with senior client executives, lead projects with cross-functional teams, and leverage ERP and procurement tools, agile delivery, data, and analytics

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting firms.
• Experience with procurement strategy development and execution; project leadership a plus.
• Source to Contract experience.
• Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and cross-functional resources.
• Relationship builder capable of partnering with internal and client teams.
• Driven to deliver excellent work product and high level of service.
• Experience with procurement packages and/or ERP solutions, agile delivery, data & analytics, and change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and support the Sourcing & Procurement capability area within the Global Supply Chain Practice.
• Help deliver projects for the supply chain organization of globally located clients across industries.
• Work with senior client executives to develop strategies, and shape and deliver supply chain initiatives to support those strategies, focused on procurement.
