Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced consulting professional to grow and support the Sourcing & Procurement Capability Area within the Global Supply Chain Practice. You will lead procurement strategy development, manage multiple workstreams, and partner with client teams to shape and deliver procurement-focused initiatives across industries.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting firms.
• Experience with procurement strategy development and execution; experience in a project leadership role a plus. Source to Contract experience.
• Experience managing projects and programs with multiple workstreams and cross functional resources.
• A relationship builder able to team effectively with others and build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders
• Driven to delivering excellent work product and a consistently high level of service
• Experience of working with procurement package and/or ERP solutions, agile delivery, data & analytics, and change management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and support the Sourcing & Procurement Capability Area within the Global Supply Chain Practice at Slalom.
• Deliver projects for the supply chain organization of globally located clients, across industries and sectors.
• Work with senior client executives to develop strategies, and shape and deliver supply chain initiatives to support those strategies, focused on procurement.
