Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. in Burbank, CA, seeks a Senior Manager for Sphere Ventures & Tech Procurement to lead development and execution of procurement strategies across Venue Operations and Technology.

You will partner with Sphere venues and technology teams to drive value through strategic sourcing and supplier relationships. The role requires strong analytics, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management to deliver cost savings, compliant processes, and high-quality services for guests

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive procurement experience focusing on technology and/or venue operations.
Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Strong analytical skills with spend analysis and category management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies for Venue Operations and Technology spend.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
Identify cost savings opportunities and implement value‑driven procurement solutions.
Manage category spend analysis and develop actionable insights to optimize procurement performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into procurement strategies.
