Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Sphere Ventures & Tech Procurement, developing and executing procurement strategies across Venue Operations and Technology.

You will partner with internal stakeholders across Sphere venues and tech teams to align requirements with strategic sourcing, supplier management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliant, efficient procurement processes while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, tech and/or venue operations categories.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills: spend analysis and category management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with procurement systems; Coupa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Venue Operations and Technology spend.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFx, supplier negotiations, and contracts.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and implement value-driven procurement solutions.
• Manage category spend analysis and derive actionable insights.
