Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management required; MBA preferred.
• Experience guiding procurement strategy, vendor relationships, and spend ownership.
• Proven track record in category management and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement/sourcing function and internal/external stakeholder relationships.
• Design and expand centralized procurement with regionalized resources.
• Execute sourcing projects, negotiate contracts, and drive total cost value.
• Oversee procure-to-pay processes, policies, and governance.
• Develop supplier relationships and manage performance metrics.
• Coordinate inventory planning and fleet management with operations.
