Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize and analyze large data sets; detail-oriented and project-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in procurement, supplier management, or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier performance scorecards with Procurement Category Managers.
• Research KPIs and metrics to support SRM initiatives.
• Support rollout of supplier scorecards across procurement categories.
• Coordinate scorecard execution, track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collect, validate and analyze supplier performance data to identify trends.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations with insights.
• Document scorecard methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of SRM processes and tools.
