About You
  • A minimum associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, or project controls, which may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Expert knowledge of contract methodologies and procurement processes
  • Experience with basic business accounting and project management functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to adapt to client‑specific software for scheduling and documentation
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self‑motivation, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively under strict deadlines
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills
  • Most importantly, you bring genuine curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit—someone who wants to do great work with great people.
About The Role
  • Manage the procurement process and support clients in procuring goods and services
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Program Managers, PX, and Project Directors to understand project requirements, objectives, and milestones
  • Negotiate and draft contract terms and conditions
  • Maintain accurate records and document control systems
  • Monitor contract performance, expirations, and related timelines
  • Coordinate procurement schedules with project timelines and resource requirements
  • Perform other related project controls duties as assigned
