Job summary

PAC/LifePort is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage end-to-end procurement and distribution of materials, parts and supplies. You will analyze requirements, interview suppliers, negotiate cost, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include entering POs into the ERP, issuing RFQs, tracking orders, and supporting AP with invoice issues. The role requires strong organization and communication, with 2–5+ years in purchasing.

Qualifications

• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask.
• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
• Must be proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of materials, parts, equipment, and supplies from intent to purchase through delivery.
• Analyze requirements, including specifications, preferred supplier, and timing needs.
• Interview potential suppliers to determine if they meet requirements.
• Negotiate lowest cost while balancing quality and schedule.
• Ensure contract requirements are stated on POs per regulations.
• Maintain on-time delivery and quality standards; manage records.
