Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• Professional-level English communication skills
• SAP experience preferred; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Experience reviewing MRP, inventory needs, and procurement requirements
• Knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement best practices
• Highly organized with strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative across departments and with external suppliers

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders while tracking deliveries to ensure on-time receipt of goods and services
• Partner with project delivery and operations teams to understand requirements and support project success through effective procurement planning
• Review MRP recommendations, purchasing proposals, inventory levels, and purchase requisitions to support material availability
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, lead times, and purchase terms
• Research products, suppliers, market conditions, pricing trends, and lead times to support sourcing decisions
• Resolve supplier issues, returns, and delivery challenges while coordinating effective solutions
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and forecasts within company systems
• Participate in supplier visits, meetings, and qualification activities as needed
