Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Procurement Specialist in West Chester, OH to support procurement operations, supplier management, and quality systems. You will participate in the procure-to-pay process, maintain supplier records, and assist with process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in procurement or manufacturing, strong MS Office skills, and good communication and analytical abilities. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Procurement, supplier management, quality systems, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of procure-to-pay processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procure-to-pay activities and data management.
• Manage contract tracking, approvals, and documentation.
• Maintain supplier records, onboarding and profile updates.
• Coordinate supplier evaluations, reporting, and corrective action processes.
