Job summary

Crunch Fitness in New York City is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to shape and execute procurement strategies across Corporate Clubs and Franchisees. You will negotiate supplier terms, drive cost savings, and lead sponsorship programs to maximize value.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing, strong analytics, and cross-functional influence. This is a hybrid position offering opportunities to scale operations and partnerships within a growing fitness network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with spend and revenue evaluation.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings and operational improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate supplier agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs to maximize value.
• Establish pricing, rebates, warranties, payment terms, and service levels.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and incremental revenue opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Operations, and franchise teams.
• Manage vendor contract repository and documentation of terms.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and pricing analyses to optimize vendors.
• Develop and monitor procurement KPIs and spend reporting.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop governance, COE processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders on data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Lead QBRs and contract lifecycle reviews with key suppliers.
• Maintain procurement project pipelines and risk tracking.
• Audit invoices and realized savings, rebates, and commitments.
• Lead sponsorship partnerships, budget management, and activation strategies.
• Oversee vendor engagement for conferences and events.
